Where should I start if I've never worked with a consultant?
The $750 Business Operations Diagnostic. It's deliberately the lowest-risk entry point: fixed price, fixed scope, and you walk away with a scorecard, your top ten operational risks and a 90-day roadmap — whether or not you hire us for anything else.
Do I have to do the diagnostic before a buildout?
In almost every case, yes. We won't quote an infrastructure buildout for a business we haven't assessed, because the scope depends entirely on what's actually broken. The diagnostic is what makes a fixed-price buildout possible.
Is your pricing negotiable?
Published prices are starting rates. Final investment depends on scope, business complexity and timeline, and is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. We don't bill hourly.
How long does an engagement take?
A diagnostic typically runs two to three weeks from intake. Infrastructure buildouts vary by tier and scope — the timeline is set in your proposal. Fractional advisory runs on a monthly retainer with a three-month minimum.
Do you work with businesses outside Texas?
Yes. We're based in Houston and work with clients nationwide. Engagements are run remotely, with on-site work available by arrangement.
Do you use AI in your work?
Extensively — for drafting, documenting and structuring deliverables faster than traditional consulting allows. But every deliverable is reviewed by a human before it reaches you, and compliance or government-contracting material always gets direct expert review. We sell operational judgment; AI is how we deliver it efficiently.
